Calling all fellow Nerds and Geeks!?
I, unfortunately do not have the funds for vista ultimate, nor the computer capable of handling it. Is it worth the extra 150 bucks?
I may be buying a computer soon that has the option of vista ultimate. This is the computer.

I am hoping for an after christmas sale or pre-christmas sale, begging that it drops below 1000 bucks. I will get the upgrade to ultimate if I buy this computer, or go with hp’s customizable models.

I have the same pc, my advise go with the customize version it takes less than a week for you to get it, and sometime they have sale on HP webstie when i bought it i save $200.00
i payed $1500.00 for mine but that was with all the high end hardware they had, as for vista ultimate i dont think its worth it just have a few more features that you will never use or know its there. here is a chart for you to decide when you see waat will be missing from home promium and ultimate.
