MacBook Air 2011 13″/1.8GHz/4GB/256GB SSD or MacBook Pro 2011 13”/2.7GHz/4GB/500GB ATA? Why?
Unless you’re only aiming for really light usage (i.e. web browsing, music, documents), I would get the Pro. The only stated performance advantage that comes with the Air is the SSD, which means the computer will be extremely zippy in simpler tasks, but can’t be expected to handle heavy things like 3D games and high resolution movies and/or editing.
