Remote install Mac OS X?
I am new to apple computers, and just yesterday i purchased a Macbook air 13.3 inch…
And i love my macbook air, but i made the mistake of not getting the Air superdrive. 
And i heard about remote installing macbook air on another computer, and all my other computrs run windows xp, and vista. I also read it was possible to do this on a windows based computer. BUT i tried it on windows xp on my parents computer.. and the disc wouldnt read, i inserted it into the drive and then thats when it did… NOTHING.
i went to my computer and clicked the dvd drive, and there were no contents, so i moved it to the cd drive, and it said that it wasn’t compatible with windows or something.
I READ IT WAS. so can I use my windows computers optical disc drive for my macbook air to re install mac os x???
